Gujranwala: The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) apprehended a suspected terrorist in Gujranwala late on Tuesday night.
The CTD conducted a raid near Mini Stadium on a tip-off and arrested the suspect commander of ISIS identified as Faisal Babar. The CTD recovered pressure cooker bombs, time bombs, ball bearings and detonators from his possession as well. According to sources, the suspect was planning to carry out terrorist attacks on security installations in Gujranwala. The detainee was shifted to undisclosed location for further investigation.
