The Sukkur Electric Power Supply Company [SEPCO] Shikarpur arranged a daylong, “Open Kachehri’ to provide relief to the people of Shikarpur by reducing electric bills up to 50 percent and resolving other complains, on the directives of chief officer Sukkur. The open court was held at WAPDA Head Office, Shikarpur, and supervised by Muhammad Khan Sohu, AC Larkana and Sabir Hussain Bugti, the XEN Shikarpur, while SDO-1 Abdul Samad Unar and SDO-11 Naveed Ahmed Shaikh and SDO Khanpur Hosh Muhammad Sethar assisted.
Sabir Bugti, the XEN Shikarpur, said that SEPCO Shikarpur always tried its level best to provide relief to economically disadvantage people of Shikarpur because they know the hardships of people therefore they continuously organise open courts so that people of Shikarpur could get relief and resolve their outstanding problems being faced by them adding the main objective to hold the program is to reduce the outstanding dues of electricity up to 50 per cent and through this opportunity the people of Shikarpur reduce and submit their remaining amount through bank without further ado.
Bugti urged the people of Shikarpur to come forward and state their issues and highlight the power pilferage people and WAPDA employees Shikarpur as well so that SEPCO Shikarpur immediately take action against them and save electricity for the welfare of the nation and promised their names must be taken secret.
